Her introduction to real estate began when she was an assistant project manager for Tricon American Homes, purchasing homes at auction and overseeing their rehabs for the rental market. With extensive experience in acquiring and leasing properties, Samantha has a strong grasp of construction and has personally participated in the trades – tiling, plumbing and even professional painting.

After owning her own rental properties and successfully running operations in multiple ventures, Samantha decided to become an agent herself. Ultimately, she has found her forte in operations for top agents, finding satisfaction in the success of her efforts and the happiness of clients.
