In Elena, I did not find an agent at all- I found a friend who I could be very open and frank with. What really stands out about her (something I was skeptical before I started the home buying process) was unlike other agents she does not push at all. She listens very carefully, offers advice, works at unimaginable hours to get any piece of information I needed and is so passionate about her work. There were times I was getting frustrated when I was not getting what I wanted, but she was always upbeat and kept telling me that we will get exactly what you want and she did exactly that!
